Bring your child along and enjoy a supportive, family-friendly environment where you can focus on your health while they’re safely nearby. We’ve created a dedicated kids’ area, complete with a trainer to watch over them, so you can move with confidence knowing they’re in good hands and still within sight.

4:45 Run Club is a self-driven run club for early risers who are keen to move before class. You and whoever is keen will meet at 4:45am at yours. Studio and head out for a light, easy run to wake up the body and start the day right. No experience needed—this isn’t about pace or fitness. Whether you love running, want to get into it, or just enjoy getting up early, you go at your own speed alongside others doing the same. It’s a simple, empowering way to begin your day together.
